MISSION STATEMENT

As individuals, we adhere to a high code of ethics while conducting our business. As a corporation, we are held to even more stringent ideals and guidelines. We abide by the Multiple Listing Service standards as professional Realtors/Brokers in California and as members of our local Board of Realtors. Our profession requires that we fully disclose to the best of our knowledge any and all pertinent information that will influence or affect any and all real estate transactions that we are a party to.

As owners of our own business and corporation, we have what we refer to as the “old fashioned Midwest” work ethic. We do not operate behind a shield of attorneys, phony addresses, P.O. Boxes and unending trails of voice mail messages. We treat all Buyers and Sellers fairly and the same regardless of nationality or religion. We want all of our clients to become part of our family as we become part of yours. We understand that real estate investing can be emotional as well as confusing at times. As we take you through each step of your transaction, rest assured you will be fully informed by us to the best of our ability.
